For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi                         Qualification:

• At least bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant field from an HEC recognized university / institute.  

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience preferably in testing services or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Multitasking, organized, with ability to draft documents, proposals, reports.
• Coordinate, update and inform all stakeholders with regard to testing activity schedules.
• Maintain record and timely provide information on all testing activities. 
• Scheduling, proctoring, tracking data.
• Periodic maintenance of all computers within testing centers. Collaborate with ICT team to assure maintenance, improvisation, viability, functioning, and advancement required to provide quality testing services.
