Gulf Star. UAE    Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000                     Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science (BS)

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience working in a Sales position, preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involved. Real Estate experience is not essential but preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have demonstrated the ability to be a pure hunter – proven track record of developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives. Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated the ability to work remote and be self-sufficient, yet bearing in mind you are part of a team. Customer-centric mindset. Excellent communicator / presenter in both written and oral English. Must have stable internet and a smart phone
• Generate leads as per company guidelines and training. Build a relationship with prospective clients – to some extent you will also be responsible for account management, but the focus of the role will be lead generation.
• Understand the needs of your target prospects and articulate the value you can provide them with through polite and respectful tactic. Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities.
