By Al Salam Specialist Hospital, Bahrain Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution is essential.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly desirable.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years’ of experience. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for communicating with diverse patient populations. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and team members in a compassionate manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nursing interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the healthcare team. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and streamlining nursing workflows.
