Jobs Description:
- Ability to use computer and commonly use software like MS Office, internet etc.
- assisting the Manager Female Hostels in looking after on-campus female hostel and supervising overall activities of the hostel taking care of female students residing in the female hostel and resolving their day-to-day issues
- ensuring that no unauthorized person enters within the hostel premises, students do not leave hostel premises without informing, and in and out timings are recorded in the book
- ensuring that hostel facilities are not misused/ damaged keeping record of daily activities/events and any incidents in the hostel keeping record of all complaints made by students and following up with the on-campus coordinator for corrective measures maintaining an updated record of hostel occupancy.
