Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement planting schemes that enhance the aesthetic appeal of gardens while considering seasonal changes and plant compatibility and Monitor and maintain soil health through regular testing, fertilization, and organic amendments to ensure optimal plant growth. Conduct regular inspections of plants, identifying pests and diseases and applying appropriate treatments while minimizing chemical use. Prune and trim plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth, shape, and flowering, ensuring adherence to best horticultural practices.
- Manage irrigation systems, adjusting schedules and techniques to conserve water while meeting the needs of diverse plant species.
- Create and maintain garden layouts, pathways, and structures that facilitate easy access and enhance the overall garden experience. Cultivate a variety of plants, including flowers, vegetables, and herbs, with a focus on seasonal plantings and crop rotation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition, performing regular checks and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
