• BE / BSc / BBA (HR) from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years’ of relevant experience at any reputed organization, effectively managed 200 plus employees.
• 5 years’ experience as head of any organization/department. Experience of up keeping, maintenance and refurbishment operations of buildings, preferably close to sea.
• Preference will be given to candidate having:
• a) Experience in public relations and interaction with government departments, b) Knowledge of safety and security of buildings and infrastructure, c) Master’s degree or diploma in related field and d) Ex- armed forces officer.
