General Manager Engineering-Karachi

By a reputable private limited sugar company, Karachi                                   Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 Years experience in similar position with strong interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimum operations during during crushing season
• Ensure optimum results, crushing and losses and ensure energy efficiencies-energy usage, steam generation, steam % cane
• Identify and implement process improvements that increases productivity and reduce costs and oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Lead various departments within the sugar factory such as technical, production, maintenance, quality control, HR and logistics  and maintain optimum strength
• Ensure efficient cost controlling and manage the maintenance and finance budget in alignment with company’s financial goals
