Jobs Description:
- Partner with management and the Board to develop a human resource strategy that supports the achievement of business objectives. Act as Secretary to the HR Committee of the Board and organize meetings of the Committee in coordination with the Chairman of the HR Committee and the MD & CEO.
- Oversee the company’s overall human resource operations such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, disciplinary matters, and general administration, etc.
- Review existing policies and practices related to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits structure, talent & performance management, learning & development, reward & recognition, etc., and implement changes in line with applicable laws, rules, and best market practices. Conduct job analysis to determine the human resource requirements of the company and develop and update job descriptions for all positions. Implement learning and development interventions to meet the company’s future leadership requirements.
- Design and manage the process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, key employee retention, and development, etc.
- Oversee the implementation of the human resource management system (HRMS) for the automation of HR processes and support timely decision-making.
- Enhance the level of employee value addition through building a performance-oriented culture.
- Maintain cordial relationships and effective communication with all stakeholders, including the CBA, to ensure industrial peace.
- Develop and implement the human resource budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for employees.
