• LLB / LLM from HEC recognized institutions

Experience:

• 15 years’ of relevant experience with minimum 06 years in senior management position.                   

Jobs Description:

• Formulate and execute corporate legal strategies and policies.
• Manage overall litigation of the company, including recovery suits, appeals, corporate, and labor matters.
• Maintain an appropriate panel of advocates for legal advice and handling of litigation across the country.
• Provide legal advice on matters referred to the Legal Department by the Board and other departments of the company, including HR, financing matters, and other related legal issues.
• Engage / propose engagement of suitable lawyers for court cases in different courts and tribunals, including the NIRC, High Courts, and Supreme Court. Monitor the status of all litigations on an ongoing basis, providing periodic reports to the Board and MD.
• Draft and vet agreements, requests for proposals (RFPs), pleadings, and other legal documents and policies, etc.
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of SECP Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules and other statutes and by-laws of the company.
