Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure that seamless and outstanding Guest Relations and Services are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff and maintain a calm, professional environment at all times.
- Welcomes and greets upon their arrival and departure.
- Sees to guests comfort and keeps a record of VIP and returning guests up to date.
- Maintaining a positive liaison with the Front Office, housekeeping, Kitchen and Food and Beverage departments, to maximize the overall hospitality effect of the Hotel.
- Steers the guest relation efforts in order to create and maintain a positive Hotel image for the guests, thereby increasing guests satisfaction, Hotel sales and reputation.
- Extends all assistance to the guests in their ticketing, onward reservation throughout the world.
- Responsible for VIP handling, bookings, check-ins, welcoming, sometime escorting, handing over the keys, orienting guests with the Hotels facilities and once the guest has settled, make regular courtesy calls to ascertain if the guest is comfortable.
- Arranges tours for sightseeing, shopping sprees etc. for the guests and assists the guests in Business Center.
- Co-ordinate closely with the following services: a) Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation, b) PIA and other airlines. c) Up country Hotel/Motels and rest houses.
- Ensure the compliance of ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
