By Bank of Khyber, Peshawar Qualification:
- Minimum education required is Graduation.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree or any other equivalent banking related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.
Experience:
- 01 year of sales/ marketing experience in a reputable organization.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Oversee countrywide Branch Banking Network for Liabilities / Deposits / Retail Products. Increase CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) deposits to improve the bank’s cost of funds. Identify low-performing branches and provide strategic interventions.
- Overseeing Retail Heads, Area Managers, Branch Managers and Business staff of Retail Banking network to achieve assigned targets.
- Overseeing and coordinating with various functions for bank-wide business initiatives including introduction of new products.
