  • Bachelor / Master (or above) degree MBA / BBA / MPA / BS (CS) / MCS duly recognized by HEC.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience

Experience:

  • At-least 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.
  • 07 Years of relevant experience in any reputable Public Sector organization
  • Must possess verifiable experience and must have Public Procurement Rules & Regulations Skills.
  • Must have Procurement Automation, ERP, and Strategic Procurement Management Skills.
  • Budgeting, audit & inspection management Skills ·
  •  Ability to manage a medium/large size Units, through team management, interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of IT, Banking and supply chain and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively, particularly while dealing with work related ambiguities & conflicts
  • Must have knowledge / understanding of ERP systems·
  • Have managerial/supervisory skills to manage a team of multiple staff/offices

Job Description:

  • Propose and implement automation of procurements in ZTBL in compliance to PPRA rules & regulations
