Head of Internal Audit-Lahore

Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for a Public Sector Company registered with SECP Under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 and working under Government of the Punjab and mandated to develop a Hi-Tech Knowledge Park at a prime location in Lahore.                                                     Qualification:

• Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants or Institute of Certified Internal Auditor

Experience:

• Post qualification 15 years including last 5 years as Head Internal Audit in reputable public or listed private sector organizations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and implement internal audit policies, operational framework, audit plan, internal controls and audit procedures as per applicable standards. Responsible to conduct pre-audit of all transactions of the company.
• Execution of audit plan and reporting findings of the audit to Audit Committee.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of Code of Corporate Governance and other applicable rules and regulations approved by the BoD.
