- MBA (Supply Chain) from a reputable university
Experience:
- Minimum 07 to 12 Years of experience out of which at least 03 to 05 years in managerial role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures in project initiation- (Supply Chain Management) phase aligned with Indus.
- Responsible for maintaining continuity among team, departments, and local work teams by documenting and Communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- To plan activities as per requirements, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on.
- Responsible to complete SCM activities within due timelines as specify by the management.
- Development and monitoring of project policies and procedures.
- Interact actively with various stakeholders in TIH and other external levels with whom project has inter-dependencies and contribute productively towards resolving projects issues.
- Build capacities to ensure that needs of the projects and future needs are met efficiently.
- Ensure that an appropriate Budgeting process and methodology is in place and that departmental budgets are prepared, presented and processed accordingly as per need.
