- Valid UAE Heavy Duty Driving License. Minimum of 4 years of experience driving heavy-duty vehicles in a commercial setting, preferably in construction companies.
- Proven track record of safe driving, with a clean driving record and no major violations in the past 5 years.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, capable of conducting minor repairs and troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight delivery schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of heavy cargo, as well as prolonged periods of driving
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maneuver heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring adherence to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Conducted pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues, ensuring the vehicle was in optimal working condition. Respond promptly to road emergencies, accidents, or breakdowns, implementing safety measures and reporting incidents as required.
