  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Sales or any similar position with reputed organizations.       

Jobs Description:

  • Look after entire customer base in operational aspect in day-to-day correspondence. Timely Deployment of vehicles (240 FVR) arriving in the respective Region of Pakistan on decided rates.
  • Daily priority setting for provision of vehicles based on rates and availability of load. Day to day price negotiation with contractual intermediary customers to attain highest market rates for backload. Competitor Analysis to prioritize NLC vehicles in terms of rates and services.
  • Keeping close liaison with the regional Trans Freight Station for error free and timely completion of TDRs / Trip entries. 
  • Critical Monitoring of data entry of customers along with decided rates to avoid any hindrance at later stage.
  • Monitoring of traveling time of vehicles for required improvement. Resolution / improvement of loading / unloading issues with concerned customers to gain maximum operational accuracy. Build strategic relationships with key customers achieving customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Supervising billing / invoicing against the business done with concerned customers. Aggressive Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payments. Monthly analysis of TDRs and Revenue generation of South Region by comparing manual reporting and FMS entries to identify gaps.
  • Submitting daily progress report to the line manager
