Experience:
- 2 to 8 years’ experience in relevant field Using standard computer and internet applications MS-Office and Email).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Checking the claim forms used for the companies.
- Responsible for collecting the claim forms and its accessories from all departments and checking the same.
- Compiling the claim forms for the preparation of the billing statement on daily basis. Attending all the queries from the companies regarding the patients.
- Reporting the necessary required information to the companies.
- Attending the correspondence and replying accordingly. Helping the front desk whenever they are in doubt.
- Dealing with the disputes if any.
- Maintenance of the company documents.
