Interior Décor Procurement Engineer- Dubai, UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A relevant procurement/supply chain certification is an added advantage 

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on interior decoration and fit-out materials and services procurement for construction or fit out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design materials, fit-out elements, furniture and finishing specifications.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project management, design, logistics and finance.
• Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
• MS Dynamics is an added advantage.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for interior decoration and fit-out materials and services, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, finishes, wall coverings, flooring, lighting, decorative elements, joinery, partitions, ceilings, and related consumables.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project schedules and specifications. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
• Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations and project requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, quality standards and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards. Maintain records of purchases, contracts and supplier communications
