IT Business/System Analyst-Karachi

Pakistan Single Window (PSW), Islamabad                                            Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in computer science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline.        

Responsibilities:

• Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience of UML (use case diagrams, workflow diagram, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.)
• Have worked with diagramming and graphing tools e.g., Microsoft Vision, Draw IO, Balsamic, etc.
• Detail oriented, with solid analytic and research skills. 
• Experience with writing requirement/specifications of technology related products.
• Knowledge of project management, product design trends and good practices. 
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of writing database/SQL queries.
• Have knowledge / experience of business processes of supply chain, freight forwarding, imports, exports, transit and customs clearance will be given preference.
• Change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition
• Ensure continuous IT services delivery to support day to day business operations Ensure continuous business process improvement through capturing and analyzing business data
• Prepare, monitor and maintain schedule of assigned projects
