• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Software Engineering. Certification in ITIL or COBIT certificate is a must. Certification in ISO 20000 and 9001

Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.                  

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and preparing audit requirements and Performing internal control testing.
• Developing internal audit plans and services and Supervise system-testing activities and communicate audit results.
• Designing, implementing, and executing automation scripts.
• Develop the methodology of the IT Governance department.
• Develop policies and regulations that ensure the progress of the work according to international standards.
• Enhance the quality of electronic systems and applications in the IT department.
• Create electronic forms related to evaluating work in IT department and ensure that they are properly used.
• Verify supplier’s compliance with best practices.
• Work to increase user satisfaction with IT services.
• Perform and monitor the execution of system integration, assure that testing activities conform to the approved test plan, follow them up until all are closed, prepare the required status reports and communicate them and provide adequate information.
