- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup and Photoshop and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years interior design experience, including FF&E
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meticulously support throughout the design process which may include design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans, schematic design and schedules.
- Produce brand appropriate design presentations.
- Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design, specifically within FF&E, from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept.
- Produce mood, material and design presentations with minimal supervision.
- Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections with minimal supervision.
- Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications.
- Independently create material palettes and inspiration image boards
