• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years experience. Strong understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and spatial data analysis and Ability to interpret and analyze maps, plans, and legal descriptions.
• Familiarity with land laws, zoning regulations, and property rights. Profound knowledge of the construction industry which enables a civil foreman to be comfortable with the utilization of construction tools; the ability to read blueprints, and the mastery of safety and governmental rules.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and define property boundaries to avoid disputes and ensure legal compliance. Evaluate the topography, natural features, and man-made structures on a site for planning and development purposes. Provide accurate measurements and layouts for construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out to specifications. Collect and analyze geospatial data to support mapping and planning activities.
• Define and mark legal property boundaries in compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Set out construction layouts, including roads, buildings, and infrastructure, based on project blueprints. Verify alignment and elevation during construction phases. Conduct site visits to assess conditions, verify previous survey data, or oversee construction progress.
• Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are in accordance with priorities and plans.
• Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during construction processes.
