Jobs Description:
- Oversee the daily management of the legal function and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company’s Business.
- Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, risks, opportunities and development in a timely manner Ensure awareness of any legal updates / regulatory changes and advise on any necessary change to company legal policy
- Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, review with the management, finalizing the draft and process signature or initial to the management
- Build and maintain a good relationship with Government Official and third party Liaison with the appointed lawyer or advisor, prepare evidence and supporting documents, review and revise any draft generated by the counsel
- Coordination with the company legal counsel and Facilitate and collaborate with other divisions regarding legal and compliance matters
