Management Trainee Officer NOC

Zeta Technologies, Islamabad                                                                      Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Certification in Linux administration.

Experience:

• Fresh or Maximum 1-year 24/7 NOC and Customer handling experience in IT, ISP or Telecom Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Understanding of Network Operations for Wholesale Voice and SMS / MNP services. Part of a team to handle 24x7x365 Shift Operations. Good knowledge of SIP protocols.
• Good knowledge of SMPP SMS protocols. Computer Networks and IP Protocol. Microsoft Office Suit. Wireshark.
• Basics of OOP. Linux. Must be able and willing to work shifts (basis of 8 hours per shift with 24×7 coverage Monday to Sunday inclusive of public holidays)
