  • MBA (Marketing / Finance / Logistics or IATA Certifications) / Post Graduate.

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years of experience in Air Cargo business development role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of overall Air Freight Business as P&L Owner and growth in accordance with corporate objectives (i.e. revenue & profit targets, product growth initiatives, etc.).
  • Develop excellence in pricing, operations and customer services to lead air freight product in all aspects.
  • Develop and maintain local/international vendors for dual coordination of business partnerships and build strong network of agents around the world both for export and import and make possible sales visits in accordance with the business development team at all level of customers’ contacts as and when required, to maximize the relationships on qualified prospects in most professional manner.
  • IT related tools must be utilized to maximize the productivity and efficiency. Actively manage business reviews at all platforms. Maintain customer retention criteria with air freight portfolio those are assigned for regular contact as per commercial requirement in coordination with business development team.
  • Responsible to support business development team in organized manner for data analysis and to support for enhanced market reach.
