  • Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.


  • Minimum 5-8 years proven working experience as Senior Sales Position or similar position, experience in handling business project, managing team and prepare project feasibilities along with business project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New customer development for NLC Fleet, Marine & Air Services, Warehousing and TIR.
  • Management of customer invoices / payments / recoveries.
  • Handling the inquiries of new/existing customers and arranging daily loads.
  • Keeping the market abreast of the new projects being introduced by NLC like TIR and business prospects for other BUs like DP, MAS, and Polymers etc.
  • Close coordination with HMTs team for the final negotiation between the rates offered to potential customers by NLC in order to secure maximum margins for the NLC.
  • Assigning tasks to the subordinates and keeping line manager updated about the progress / completion of the same and preparation of reports as and when required by the HQ and meeting the deadlines.
  • Submitting daily progress report to the line manager
