  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant post qualification experience.
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research, writing & analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management skills. Adequate knowledge of relevant areas & industry dynamics. Expertise in MS Office.

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire activities/functions of the branch.
  • Achieve sales and recovery targets set by the Management.
  • Review and finalize financing cases for the approval of Credit Committee (s). Research and analyze market conditions to identify business opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
  •  Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for income estimation, property valuation, title clearance and other related activities. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
  • Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras. Monitor timely judgment and follow up of legal cases against loan defaulters. Identify need and propose training & development programs for the employees of branch. Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback on regular basis.
