By a large private commercial bank in Pakistan position based in Karachi Qualification:

Jobs Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of banking companies ordinance 1962, SBP’s corporate governance regulatory framework, companies act 2017, listed companies (code of corporate governance) regulations 2019 (CoCG) and other related regulations and circulars, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of filing various regulatory returns to SBP, SECP and PSX
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of matters related to board and shareholders meetings
- Maintain close coordination with share registrar in order to ensure smooth functioning of share registration and transfer process and responding all queries related to shareholders
- Supervise the process for payment of cash dividend and issuance of bonus shares as per the regulations
