• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, Electrical or computer engineers, computer programming, or similar.VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in servers deployment, VMware ESXi Enterprise, VRealize Operations, SAN, Windows Server, Linux Ubuntu, VMware Tanzu Standard, VEEAM for back and recovery management, Tape Library

Jobs Description:

• Determining business needs and evaluating existing infrastructure and systems.
• Capacity planning and monitoring for server and storage infrastructure.
• Manage Installation, configuration and monitoring of the VMware infrastructure.
• Developing and deploying customized VMware solutions.
• Ensure all aspects of the virtual infrastructure abides by company standards and best practices.
• Ensure all aspects of the infrastructure abides by company standards and best practices.
• Manage security patches, OS updates and bug fixes and have them installed.
• Troubleshooting and resolving VMware environment issues.
• Providing technical support and documenting VMware processes.Linux Server Installation, Configuration and Administration.SAN Switches Installation configuration, deployment and management.
• Vulnerabilities Scanner Deployment and Monitoring.DR Site preparation Server Rack mount, Installation and configuration.
• Datacenter monitoring, New servers Rack mount, installation and management.
• Manage, install, and maintain the health and capacity of Storage Systems (SAN).
• Maintain security and compliance on all data center systems.
• Perform system administration activities, security policies and monitor system performance both at software and hardware levels
• Create hardware recommendations base on project growth and current resource utilization, including an evaluation of any currently implement systems.
