Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MOITT)                  Qualification:

  • 16 Years of education. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/IT / Information Security from universities/institutes recognized by HEC.
  • A higher degree /internationally recognized certifications in Information or Cyber Security or related disciplines will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years, experience in Public and Private Sector related to Project or Program, Administration & evaluation/ Public Policy Implementation/ Public service delivery/ Internet Governance / DNS / ISP and related industries.
  • Understanding and participation in Internet Governance Forums (National / International) will be preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to research best practices and devise policy incentives for Internet Governance and policy implementations plans at relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Well versed with office productivity, MS Project/ Office, internet and email applications.
  • Ability to do assigned research work independently and in team as well.
  •  Provides input on Internet Governance Policy related development and implementation issues and to be proactive in relation with multi-stakeholders to emerging issues and Assembling, interpreting and analyzing information.
  • Organizing and participating in project related awareness & outreach programs, e.g seminars / workshops, through engagement with multi-stakeholders (public & private sector).
