Manager (Estate)-Karachi

Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Karachi                  Qualification:  

• Masters degree from HEC recognized university will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in executing and / or supervising civil works contracts of which 5 years should be in managerial capacity.
• Experience of construction management / design coordination / contracts management and finishing for commercial buildings is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidate having experience of:-Negotiating and managing construction contracts for multistory commercial buildings or large construction projects.
• Prior experience of working in public sector organizations.

Jobs Description:

• Rehabilitation and maintenance of multistoried buildings or large construction projects.
• Preparing contract documents including preparation of BOQs, detailed designs, tender documents, etc.
