 Qualification:

• Fresh CA/ACMA or MBA/ACCA

Experience:

• at least 04 years of experience with experience in Oil & Gas Public Listed Companies and knowledge of regulatory requirements of OGRA, working knowledge on ERP system as well as experience relevant to given job responsibilities would be given preference which should be specifically highlighted in CV.                                                                   

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tracking all transactions related to Company hard assets and Recommend any updates to accounting policies affecting fixed assets management.
• Assist Consultant in revaluation of Fixed Assets. Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively track them from time to time. Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed. Track and record project costs in fixed asset module. Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets. Perform asset retirement obligation including pre-retirement inspection. Find out fixed assets’ obsolescence potential. Planning and execution of inventory counts of fixed assets physically. Recommend fixed assets that should be disposed of after verification/ inspection.
• Perform fixed asset related analyses. Create fixed asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with auditors on their assignments.
• Track Company’s fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget..
