For Integrated Research and Development (IRD), Singapore            Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in relevant field will be a plus     


  • At least 8 years of prior work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Independently review existing HR policies and processes and discuss suggestions in-line with organizational objectives

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the labor law of Pakistan and Lead the activity of reviewing HR’s policy manual every two years and makes changes where required.
  • Supervise assigned HR team members through effective division of tasks and Infiltrate highly recognized educational institutions as an ambassador of IRD Pakistan and create IRD’s awareness amongst students and faculty for job opportunities.
  • Ensure HR documents and/or staff records remain up to date at all times for routine HR analytics and audits.
  • Establish and maintain a network of professional contacts, including but not limited to recruiting firms, HR consultancies and placement offices.
  • Oversee employees’ health and life insurance.
