• Degree in Human Resources

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR Department of reputable national or multinational

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong HR systems and policies
• Works in collaboration with various key stakeholders to oversee the admin and implementation of policies, programs and regulations and manage staffing, on-boarding, and the integration of new employees and support employee  development and workplace experience
• Well versed with relevant technology and software specific to HR functions and processes and play a key role in maintaining an environment of professionalism, teamwork and civility
