House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or related field from HEC recognized institution.
- Certification i.e. (SHRM-SCP, CHRP, SPHR) is preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years’ relevant experience.

Jobs Description:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR administration, payroll, pension, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery and data analytics.
- Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support decision and Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Execute full and final settlement cases of ex-employees.
- Monitoring all matters related to PF/BF & Social Welfare Fund Account.
- Oversee internal HR audits and compliance reviews
