  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or related field from HEC recognized institution.
  • Certification i.e. (SHRM-SCP, CHRP, SPHR) is preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 

Jobs Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR administration, payroll, pension, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
  • Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery and data analytics.
  • Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support decision and Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Execute full and final settlement cases of ex-employees.
  • Monitoring all matters related to PF/BF & Social Welfare Fund Account.
  • Oversee internal HR audits and compliance reviews
