For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi                         Qualification:

• At least master’s degree preferably in a relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institute

Experience:

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish mechanisms to monitor and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of course folders and digital repositories containing educational materials. Review folder contents for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with curriculum guidelines.
• Analyze students GPA records to monitor academic performance and to compare GPAs across different academic programs to identify variations and potential areas for improvement. Implement early warning systems based on GPA data to identify students at risk of academic challenges. Analyze and report the academic data, including exam results, report grades, attendance figures and other specific academic areas.
• Review students’ feedback on courses and teaching styles to identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare reports on internal quality standards for relevant stakeholders.
