  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Information Technology,  Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields from HEC recognized institution.
  • Preferable PMP/prince2 certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years’ experience of proven post qualification experience in managing successful project deliveries including strategic planning, budget/cost management, risk management and change management. Experience of working in a high pace environment. PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2 certification is preferred.
  • Complete awareness of SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
  • Manage internal and external audit IT-specific requests.  
  • Process development, optimization and automation. Data Analytics, Visualization and Project Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses advance level understanding of IT general controls (security, change management, disaster backup recovery, data center, etc.) and IT application control concepts (application processing controls, system reconciliations, interfaces, reports testing, workflows). Familiar with project management software, like MS Project and JIRA. Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 
  • Prepare monthly dashboard (comprehensive IT reports including KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, project portfolio etc.) with drill down milestones.
  • Negotiate the specifics of the audit issues with Internal Audit Group/External audit in order to impact the final audit report rating.
  • Manage internal and external audit IT-specific requests.
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to senior management as needed.
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
