  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in human resources, preferably from Banking Industry.            

Jobs Description:

  • Responsible to implement bank’s policies and procedures in context to all HR functions.
  • Conduct time to time informal surveys to provide input on revision of HR Policy· & process manual and market practices
  • Responsible for L·&D Initiatives, Employee Engagement and Employer branding; Learning activities, Recognition Programs, Team-building Activities.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance to KYC processes at the time of on boarding,· maintenance, payment stages and during periodic reviews of vendors/service providers/head hunting services/universities/training firms or any other relevant stake holder in view of AML/CFT/CPF regulations within prescribed TATs
  • Organize and administer all in house· & external training programs.
  • Update and manage the database of the Internal and External training programs of· trained participants for country wide sessions.
  • Preparing training approval and managing training budget·
  • Responsible for correspondence with Ministry, BOD, EC, Audit, Compliance, SBP, etc.· and ratification of minutes.  
  • Responsible to ensure timely escalation of Appraisals cycle· & consolidation for further finalization by Head HR, CALCOM and President / CEO
