Qualification:

• LLM or equivalent, preferably from foreign university. Must be a practicing member/registered advocate of bar council and high courts of Pakistan 

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years experience of legal support on corporate / labour / employees matters
• Conversant with companies act, contract act, SIRA, standing orders act, PPRA, labour codes
• Experience of compliance, i.e. govt. audits, regulators like SECP, KCCI etc
• Conversant with scrutiny of contracts, deeds, title documents of properties, monitoring of civil / criminal / tax litigation and judicial proceedings
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP and verbal/written communication skills
