- Preferably 7+ years of experience in handling legal matters in a manufacturing firm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary legal advisor for the company and manage all corporate and commercial legal matters
- Handle all labor-related legal compliance
- Draft agreements, contracts and other legal documents
- Strong knowledge of labor and corporate laws
- Excellent drafting and report writing skills
