• Minimum Graduate (B Com) from an HEC recognized University                              

Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with Financial Services
• Command over MS Office and must possess Analytical skills, numerical aptitude and good communication skills.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Financial / Management Reporting Analysis or Strategy Department. 

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Responsible to manage monthly payroll disbursements and reconciliations for all FTE and to those who are with vendors i.e. TPC Verify all relevant Payroll entries including Change in Location, Cost Centers, Designation Grades Etc. Enter information pertaining to Change in Salary, Grades To ensure that tax announcements are circulated timely and deductions are made in compliance to the statutory guidelines issued by FBR Responsible for change in Salary, Allowances, Perks & Benefits Manager Payroll enters salary accounts in HRIS
• HR Operations: To supervise process of Medical claims & health Insurance queries To ensure that Health & Life Insurance Renewals completed on timely basis To ensure that contracts for TPC are to be renewed within time To supervise Leave administration, attendance records & systems update etc. Manage end to end Confirmation Portfolio i.e. ranging approvals, letter issuance, system update etc. To ensure that Contract renewal for FTE and Bank Contracts are to be renewed within time Manage end to end Transfers i.e. receipt of appropriate approvals and issue letters accordingly. Manage end to end re-designations process Responsible for Tender and Contract Renewal Manage & Process Festival bonus etc. payments, Process Retention & Salary Increase Issuance of Different type of Letters Like (Service Letter, Visa Letter)
