• Bachelor or higher degree in a technology-related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred                           

Experience:

• 5 years of QA experience with a minimum 2 years of hands-on technical management experience, building and leading QA teams and Recent hands-on experience with modern software QA procedures.
• Experience with entire Software Development Life Cycle and Test Cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance, User Acceptance). Understanding of modern web application development and deployment with ERP systems and Strong experience working with ERP Systems such is Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experienced with multiple well-known/open-source automation frameworks.                                                                                                                                                                         

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of QA professionals that are responsible for maintaining high quality standards.
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QA organization, including but not limited to providing a solid vision for the QA organization, proactive testing plans to ensure high availability for critical systems, roadmaps to maximize test coverage with emphasis on automation, providing direction on CI/CD initiatives, serve as mentor for your team.  
• Responsible for hiring and developing talent within our organization. Providing ongoing metrics and reporting on quality metrics will be key as well.
• Manage staffing of QA resources with the required skill set to meet the project requirement
