MIDDLE MANAGEMENT-Karachi

For Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi         Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, with majors in Finance.
• Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in areas of financial analysis and business development in energy sector

Experience:

• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national / multinational organization, in energy sector, with at least 5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or one position below. Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role. Excellent Presentation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Decision Making and Analytical Skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keeping strong grasp of all essential components of energy value chain, relevant policies and its macro impact on the broader national economy.
• Constructing and maintaining demand, supply, costs and tariffs projection models and assisting in building national energy sector long term road map.
• Simulation running for impact analysis of the frequent developments in national and international energy value chain and their impact on economy.
• Financial Analysis, projections and presentations to keep the relevant stakeholders abreast of the evolving situations. Managing and building rapport and liaison with all relevant stakeholders. Assisting stakeholders in negotiations with potential new partners and investors.
• Designing, reviewing and comparing various proposals in close coordination with the stakeholders.
• Feasibility and economic assessment of new projects, proposals and policies. Assessing and summarizing commercial contracts and proposals.
• Preparing and making presentations as per the requirement of the concerned stakeholders
