  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably with majors in Business Administration, or a related field
  • (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).   

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position. Proficiency in HR management tools and software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, working closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as an internal consultant, collaborating directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various departments to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation, to design and implement targeted HR programs focused on talent management, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
  • Lead HR initiatives and change management processes to support business transformation and growth.
