Jobs Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities in alignment with monitoring plans. Collect quantitative and qualitative data through observations, interviews, and review of facility-based records.
- Identify and report gaps or deviations from program plans during field visits. Prepare monitoring reports summarizing field findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform data triangulation, cross-checks, and validation to identify and prevent leakages. Support the development of donor reports and presentations. Coordinate with program teams to address monitoring-related challenges promptly
