• Master degree in computer science or related field

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience with mentioned skills.

Jobs Responsibilities:

•  Ensure the stable operation of the computer networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
• Installs, configures, and maintains networking equipment such as hubs, switches, routers and Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Maintenance/ Trouble Shooting of IP PBX system.
• Deploying, evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot CCTV systems utilizing local and remote tools and technologies, and perform/schedule repairs as necessary.
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Operational knowledge of Remote & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and application virtualization
• Operational knowledge of network, routing protocols and switch configuration and programming
• Ensures that backup copies of all files are routinely made and securely stored at separate location; maintains system documentation.
• Providing second level technical support to users concerning network system operations.
• Diagnoses problems with network equipment and upgrades when appropriate.
