- Engineering graduate, Diploma or BSC in Electronics & Telecommunication/Computer Science. With CCNA, CCNP Certifications
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years experience. Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching: Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including Firewalls L3,L2 switches, routers.
- Proven experience in a network administrator role
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary
- Maintain network performance to meet user demand and Configure ,manage & troubleshoot Wireless network and Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of the infrastructure and Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking with good problem-solving and communication skills and Team management abilities
- Basic knowledge in IP Telephony and Basic Server, Storage & Virtual machines management & Monitoring knowledge.
- Basic configuration and installation of all Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Consumable Items, Communication Equipment, cabling etc.
