Officer Planning & Evaluation

Universal Service Fund, Govt. of Punjab, Lahore                                  Qualification:

• BSc Degree in Electrical/Telecom/Computer Engineering/Computer System Engineering recognized by PEC, from a HEC recognized Institution.
• Master’s degree in relevant subject will be preferred

Experience:

• Basic initial experience and knowledge of Telecom networks is required.

Jobs Description:

• Planning of NG-BSD Projects. Preparation of coverage targets as Schedule C for upcoming projects and Evaluation of NG-BSD Bids for 2G/3G/4G/LTE network coverage, capacity, quality, backhaul (Microwave and Optical Fiber) and Renewable energy solutions.
• Use planning tool (Atoll) for new network planning and assessment of submitted network and Technical Report Writing.
• Analysis and information collection for various reports, presentations etc.
