Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in operations management within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai, with a strong focus on RERA compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, specifically RERA, and experience ensuring project compliance.
- Proven experience in leading operations teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate project management tools, CRM software, and financial management systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the real estate development projects, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and Ensure all operations and projects are in full compliance with Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) laws and regulations, including registration, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Reasonably good knowledge on the legal formalities of the development coy and Able to liaise with the lawyers to get the various agreements and claims drafted on time.
- Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs in project management and customer service.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage operational budgets for real estate projects, ensuring costs are controlled and in alignment with financial goals.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise agents and develop agency management strategies to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and supervise project handover processes, ensuring seamless transition to clients and resolving any issues during the handover phase and Lead and mentor the operation steam, ensuring high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards
