Experience:

• 3 – 5 Years experience
•  Strong knowledge about Oracle HCM modules 
• Hands-on functional and technical experience supporting Oracle Fusion Implementations in large, complex enterprise environments.

Jobs Description:

• Responsible for production support and extension of HRMS modules 
• Requirement gathering, Documentation, Development, Configuration and deployment of HR business requirements and process automations in the system. 
• Consult with users, resolved problem to meet specific technical and business needs. 
• Providing a daily support and maintenance to users  \
• Configuring ERP approval hierarchies and modifying based on business authorities.
